I was shopping for a Tacoma specifically and KIA Bannister happened to have one on the lot. They were willing to bring in others (if I wanted to see them) from their sister dealerships to make it more convenient. While I did not need that, the offer was nice.I don’t need to go into details about the truck itself other than it was very clean, and clearly ready to hit road. After the test drive, I made a deal that was- probably more favourable on my end! So that worked out well. The staff were polite and accommodating and socialized during all the paperwork transfer which made it pleasant.Sean was the main rep that I worked with and was polite and accommodating to what I was looking for. The Sales Manager- who I nick named “Brian Adams” for obvious reasons if you go in there, was also pleasant to chat and deal with. It may have been a fluke, because of ordering pizza that day randomly, but I was included in the food offering which made it convenient for me as I waited for some paper work.I certainly wouldn’t hesitate to buy from there again if the time comes. Thanks again!As of August 2025-- My wife wanted to upgrade her Ford Explorer. When I called Mike from Kia--he had all three she wanted to see ready to go for us to view. Two managed to sell the day prior and this was dissapointing to my wife as the two that sold--one was the main focus.Mike managed to check with the deposited buyer to confirm the purchase and because he took the extrea time to do this- turns out- he was wavering and she got the one she wanted. So Mike went way out of his way to help. He could have simply said sold and then we would have moved onto another one--but he probably added a s*** tonne of unnecesarry stress to his Friday just so we could have a chance at it. TabithaWe are from Alberta and were on a birthday road trip this week. In Castlegar our car would not start, we got it boosted and were able to get it to a Kia dealership where they informed us our alternator was under performing by a couple watts, but there wasn’t anything they could do till the next day. We were on a tight schedule so that wasn’t going to work. They suggested we call the Kia in our over night destination, Penticton, to see if there was anything they could do. So we called while on the road and that’s where our saving grace Tabitha stepped in. Tabitha was reassuring and a calm understanding presence as we explained our situation and got us the next soonest appointment 8am the next day right as they opened. We got in this morning and Tabitha was waiting for us, we let her know we needed to be out of there no later than noon to catch our ferry in Vancouver for 5. She assured us that shouldn’t be an issue, the longest process will most likely be getting our warranty claim processed, which she then said she would call personally to get them to speed up if she needed too. We left our car in her and her team’s capable hands expecting a wait. A half hour later we received a call that our car was actually fine! That it was actually working over capacity now. Whether it was a glitch or a one off because of the heat(we read that this model has some issues with that and on a 35degree day that makes sense). We wanna give a big thanks to the Kia team in Penticton for lifting a massive weight off of us for the rest of our trip, and of course special thanks to Tabitha for being calm and cool about the whole thing making this a smooth and easy process. I would recommend them for any services you might need in a pinch and then some. A wonderful staff and experience for any who need it. Thank you all again!

I bought a used Hyundai from them sight unseen. The vehicle was in good condition upon delivery. Unfortunately, there was no charger. They sent me one via mail, which unfortunately did not work, and then they reimbursed me for the after market one I purchased which did work.
