I’ve always had a good experience from Penticton Kia in the 4 years I’ve been going there. They always explain everything I should expect when I drop my car off and if there is something unexpected, they call to let me know and I can decide if I want them to go ahead with the work. I think this is one dealership that’s honest and treats their customers fairly. I’d certainly recommend them to any other Kia owners out there!
